The Story

"Post Falls Location just off I-90 with easy access to Spokane, Coeur D'Alene and all other surrounding areas. Complex is fully fenced, well lighted with security cameras, one gated entrance that requires a key fob for entry and a secure exit gate at the back of the complex. There are two common bathrooms, one with a shower for the owner's use. Hose bibs throughout the complex for owners use (except winter months). This 20' x 50' unit has 14' x 14' insulated rollup door with auto door opener with remotes, high sloping ceiling heights and a man door. The unit is wired with a 100amp service and has a 50amp RV hookup, 7 110v outlets and three 8' LED lights on each side of the unit. The unit also has Natural gas stub to the back of the unit (exterior) should you choose to install a heater, the roof and back wall are insulated."
