The Story

"Calling all contractors, flippers, fearless DIYers, and HGTV grads! One look at the front door and you'll know this one's ready for much more than just elbow grease. Inside: neon-green walls, a wet-dog vibe, and floors with a mind of their own. About two years ago, adjustable steel posts and beams went in under the house in the crawl space. Flooring needs love. Paint needs a lot of love. Deck wants retirement. Roof might crash the reno party. Plot twist: a brand-new gas stove and a new water heater, two overachievers in a sea of opportunity. Working wood stove in the living room. Upside: nice Pinehurst neighborhood, big lot, and room where a two-car garage once stood. Oh, and just to add a little sugar on top--the back door is screwed shut because the jamb is cattywampus and it won't close properly.
